4. D.C. resistance of the conductor complies with the stipulations of IEC 60502-1/BS6346.
5. The environment temperature should be no lower than 0oC when lay. Otherwise it should be preheated.
7. Working Frequency Voltage Test: 2.5Uo+2kV/5min without puncture.

Installation:
While installation, the temperature should not lower than 0 degrees Celsius, if the ambient temperature is lower than 0 degrees Celsius, the cable should be preheated.
The bending radius should not be smaller than 8 times of diameter of cable.
After installation, voltage withstand test for 15 minutes at 8.4kV direct current should be performed.

Insulation: The bunched conductors are insulated with specially formulated FR PVC compound with a high insulation resistance value. Insulation: Bunched, specially formulated grade of Halogen Free Flame Retardant (HFFR) compound is used. The insulation does not melt or drip in case of fire. The smoke emission is transparent, non-toxic and minimal. The victims trapped in the fire do not suffer suffocation and evacuation is convenient.

SANFLEX F.R.L.S. wires are ideal for wiring solutions in multi-storied buildings, hotels, hospitals, commercial establishments and residential complexes. It is shielded by a specially formulated flame retardant PVC compound. During fire, ordinary PVC emits black smoke and toxic fumes which are acidic in nature. This impairs visibility and hampers rescue operations. Conflame insulation retards spread of fire and emits minimum smoke and toxic gases, thereby reducing the risk of injury.
