The semi-finished products of Beef Rounds, a food product of slaughter, developed from the small intestine (duodenum, skinny and ileum) of cattle, are processed to be freed from the contents, thoroughly washed, cleaned of the mucous layer and fat, tied in a hanks with pieces of 7 mts (Grade A), 3-7mts (Grade B) and 1-3mtes (Grade C) , with the calibers of each pieces ranging from 35mm to 50mm+. The total legnth for each hank is 30 mts, which can be customized based on requirements from our clients.
Hanks are salted using salt of the 1st grinding. The use of sea salt is not allowed. The salted product is packed in plastic barrels whith a polyethylene bag inside. As the barrel is filled, the hanks on the top are additionally covered with salt, level of salt must be 4-5 cm.
