PROCEDURES (TANK â?? TANK)
1. Buyer sends ICPO on receipt of Soft Offer along with Tank Storage Agreement (TSA) as proof of
storage tank availability.

2. Seller verifies and issues Commercial Invoice (CI) for available quantity in the Storage Tank to include
the product specifications along with: -
*Product Passport Analysis
*Commitment to Supply
*Certificate of Origin

3. Buyer signs and returns CI to Seller along with ATV approved by their logistics company for Seller
Verification purpose

4. Upon receipt of the signed CI and ATV, Seller verifies and issues the POP documents: -
*Fresh SGS Report
*Dip Test Authorization (DTA)
*Loading Port Injection Report
*Tank Storage Receipt/Reservoir Receipt
*Authorization to Sell and Collect (ATSC)
*NCNDA/IMFPA Agreement

5. Upon successful verification of the POP documents, Buyers orders SGS report to conduct Dip test on the Product in sellerâ??s tank at buyerâ??s expense

6. Following the completion of the Dip Test with results consistent to the specifications on the CI, Buyer provides ATI and Seller injects fuel into Buyer's leased storage. Seller submits the full Injection report to
the Buyer.

7. Buyer makes 100% payment by MT 103 TT wire transfer for the total product and Seller pays
commission to all Intermediaries involved in the transaction within 24 hours after confirmation of
Buyerâ??s payment

8. Buyer reviews and approves the SPA and issues SLBC/DLC for 12 monthly Shipment value and
Documentary Letter of Credit or Standby Letter of Credit for length of contract and for each lift per
schedule. Buyer pay after dip test by MT103 wire transfer on each monthly quantity

Diesel Fuel EN590 is available in monthly quantities ranging from 10,000 MT up to 400,000 MT. The product originates from Kazakhstan and Russia. Delivery is available at any safe world port including Houston, Rotterdam, and Vladivostok. Payment terms are MT103 Telegraphic Transfer. SGS or similar third-party inspection will be conducted. Seller pays insurance covering 110% of the shipment value. Commissions are split equally with $5/MT for both Seller's Mandate and Buyer's Mandate (50% each).

NON-NEGOTIABLE FOB PROCEDURES (TANK TO TANK)
1. Buyer accepts seller working procedure and issues ICPO along with the TSR (Tank Storage receipt) for verification and confirmation.
2. 2. Seller issues a Commercial invoice and ICC Warning letter, and Buyer signs and returns commercial invoice and ICC Warning letter on due date.
3. 3. Seller issues the following PPOP to buyer for evaluation: a. Statement of Product Availability b. Product Passport c. Letter of Guarantee d. IPA (Injection Programming Agreement) Note: Upon buyer verification and confirmation of the above PPOP Documents, buyer provide signed IPA with its Tank company to engage injection Programming.
4. Upon receipt of the signed IPA, Seller provides buyer with Injection program, NCNDA/IMFPA, Fresh SGS, Injection Report and ATV (Physical Verification) with Unconditional DTA for Dip Test in seller tank for product reconfirmation before injection to buyer tank.
5. Buyer makes 100% payment by MT103 TT wire transfer for the total product, Seller issue to buyer ATSC to sell the purchase product along with allocation title transfer and pays commission to all intermediaries involved in the transaction within 24 hours after confirmation of the buyer's payment.
6. Seller issues draft SPA to the buyer to review for R&E monthly deliveries.
7. Buyer reviews and approves the SPA and issues SBLC/IRDLC irrevocable, non-transferable, auto revolving for 12 months shipment value, documentary letter of credit for length of contract and for each lift per schedule. Buyer pays after Dip Test by MT103 Wire Transfer one each monthly quantity.
8. The subsequent delivery shall commence according to the terms and conditions of the contract.
9. Seller pays commissions to all intermediaries as per IMFPA/NCNDA 24 hours after receiving payment from the buyer
