APPLICATIONS
A disc spring is a spring washer with aconical shape. This shape gives the springwasher its flexible effect. Disc springs are alsocalled Belleville spring washers and conical

APPLICATIONS
Spring washers should be used on the nut
side of the fastener. If an additional washer
is required to spread the load (as in our
image above) it should be used betweenthe spring washer and the mountingsurface, that is the spring washer should bepositioned next to the nut.
