1. Buyer issues an official LOI/ICPO
2. Seller issues commercial invoice (CI) for the available quantity in the storage tank with ICC warning letter
3. Buyer signs and returns the commercial invoice and ICC warning letter with tank storage agreement (TSA), authorization to verify ATV (on buyer company letterhead) to verify proof of tanks storage availability and NCNDA/IMFPA signed by all buyer groups.
4. Seller programs the injection and issues to buyer the listed below documents:

. Fresh SGS report inspection
. Injection report

5. Buyer SGS team conducts dip test inspection on the product in seller storage tanks on buyer expense
6. Upon successful dip test inspection, buyer pays for the total product value and seller immediately transfer the title of product ownership to buyer with all export documents
7. Seller immediately commences injection of the product into buyers tanks or chartered vessel
8. Seller pays all intermediary involve in the transaction.

Buyer issues ICPO with banking details, corporate registration certificate and profile, passport copy of authorised representative and proof of fund.
Seller issues draft contract for Buyer to countersign upon acceptance of the terms and conditions which shall be returned immediately.
Buyer triggers Proof of Fund (MT199) to Sellerâ??s fiduciary bank which shall be acknowledged by return SWIFT (MT199).
Within 5 days upon receipt of POF, Seller provides partial proof of product (PPOP) to Buyer for verification;

Buyer verifies PPOP and issue SBLC (MT700/760/799-Blocked) to Seller nominated bank account within five (05) days as guarantee for the product. In the event of default in the issuance of DLC / BG / SBLC within the grace period, Buyer shall be liable for charges of Storage Tank(s).
Within 5 days upon receipt of payment guarantee, Seller proceed with the Act of Transfer (Change of Ownership Title) from Sellerâ??s name to Buyerâ??s name as legal title-holder of the product with the Ministry of Energy.
Simultaneously, Seller appoints and executes charter party agreement (CPA) with the shipping company and sends full proof of product (POP) and shipping documents to Buyer via Bank-to-Bank;

6. Upon successful inspection, Buyer release payment for total product value.
7. Seller Transfer title and Trans-loading commence and issues NCNDA/IMFPA for commission payment.

* Seller issues final agreement to Buyer to review contract on R&E Monthly Deliveries,
* Buyer reviews and approves contract and issued SBLC/ DLC Irrevocable, Non-Transferable, Auto Revolving for 12 months shipment value, Documentary Letter of Credit for length of Contract and for each lifting as schedule
* Buyer pays after successful Dip Test by MT103 wire transfer on each Monthly delivery.
* The Subsequent delivery shall commence according to the terms and conditions of the Contract and Seller pays
