Tempered Glass Quality Testing Equipment
Function: Determining the resistance of glazing material to impact by the penetration method.
Principle:
The specimen is supported vertically in a steel frame and an impact shot bag is released from a pre-determined height to strike the specimen at the centre. The height is progressively increased until fracture occurs.

The distance between the foot line of l-shaped wall and top surface of sidewall is short, which allows thinner batch feeding so that the batch can be melted more easily. It can also reduce fire and batch running at the charge end and hence energy can be saved and environment improved.With its high reliability and long service life span, the l-shaped suspended back wall serves as one of the essential measures for prolonging the whole furnace life.

Used in float glass and ultra clear patterned glass production line, it includes the shell of the annealing lehr, transmission, hot air circulation system, electric heating system and control system.

It is applied to large size doghouse. A couple of chargers are linked together so as to reduce their distance. In this way, it can well solve the batch off-track problem and cancel the water drum in the middle of batch tank. The batch could be evenly charged and its operation is very stable and continuous. By absorbing the batch charger technology at home and abroad, our company has tried some innovation on the batch charger in terms of its shovel plate quality and structure, thus improved its high temperature resistance in production, working stability and continuity. There are two types of batch chargers, namely arc blanket charger and inclining blanket charger.
