High-performance Hollow Glass Microspheres HGM are lightweight high -strength, hollow multifunctional inorganic non-metallic material, which is a new type of strategic new material encouraged and supported by the State.
It is filled with thin nitrogen and composed of soda-lime borosilicate glass.
The products have excellent features of light weight, large volume, low thermal conductivity , low dielectric constant, high crush strength and good fluidity.
There are several types. The true density is 0.20-0.65g/cm with 30~60m in diameter, the compressive strength is 3.5-158Mpa 500-23000psi.
They are widely used in oil and gas exploitation, thermal insulation coatings, adhesives & sealants, emulsion explosives, deep-sea floating materials, aerospace and other fields.

Hollow glass microspheres / Glass bubbles is a kind of micron ultra lightweight inorganic non-metallic glass material with hollow structure. It is filled with thin nitrogen and composed of soda lime borosilicate glass.
We supply hollow glass microspheres in several types, which true density is 0.20-0.6-g/cm3 with 2-130m in diameter, compressive strength is 500-8000psi, thermal conductivity is 0.06-0.10w/m.k. It is featured by light weight , high compressive strength , insulation, anti-corrosion , protection , fire prevention, smoothly mobility etc. It is a versatile and high performance newly lightweight filler.
