Production capacity is between 1200 and 1400 pieces per hour and it is able to produce paving stone and briquettes in capacities ranging from 600-750 units. manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic preferred fixed machines.
This machine consists of a cabin, elevator, seperator, filter, turbines, cyclone and control panel.
The materials for shotblasting are placed in a moveable role. The roles running speed is arranged by an electronical speed controller from 1m./min. To 10 m./min. To be able to make a good roughen to the material, steel ball and role speed must be arranged. The steel ball and the sand coming from the helix pour into the elevator and then goes into the seperator with bands and the buckets. The seperator makes the steel balls and the dust to be seperated. The seperated clean balls pour into the turbines again. The dust passes through the filter and air goes out with a fan.The machine is designed for 70 cm width stone. It’s lenght can be arranged.

A basket mill for batch grinding with hydraulic lift, infinitely variable speed and cooled basket.
* the combination of dissolving impeller and grinding disc provides outstanding dispersing and grinding results within a short time and with less power consumption.
* this combination creates expulsion and suction flows ensuring that all the base product passes through the grinding chamber many times during the operation and is progressively and uniformly processed.
* since no pumps, hoses, pipes, valves and additional containers are necessary, the cleaning is very easy and a quick change of the millbase is possible. The products can be manufactured from start to finish using the same container.
* the basket is cooled inside. Thanks to double walled basket together with the easily interchanable jacketed container for effective and efficient water cooling to assist in controlling batch temperature
* infinitely variable speed control with updated frequency converters. Variable speed range from 0 to 1200 rpm with nearly constant torque.
* processing is done in a closed container without evaporation of solvents and with practically no product loss. The contamination of the enviroment is prevented
* the basket is designed as an open system so that grinding beads remains in a floating state. No grinding beads escape during the operation. Replacement of worn beads can be carried out within a short time.
* total process control with safety and monitoring system.
* simple handling.
A bead mill with horizontal grinding chamber for continuous dispersion and wet grinding of pumpable products.
Working principle:
The necessary energy for dispersion and grinding is transmitted to the grinding beads by the agitator discs the mill is fed continuously by a geared pump equipped with speed control drive. The adjustment of time spent in the grinding chamber is performed by variation of the pump speed. The retention of the grinding beads in the chamber is provided by means of an adjustable dynamic gap separation. With optimum utilization of the energy input into the chamber for dispersion and grinding processes, the efficiency of the ako-mill is in required level.
Specially shaped agitator discs provide a good energy input and prevent the packing of the grinding beads in one point.
Cooling efficiency increased by spiral flow of the cooling water.
Shape and number of agitator discs are determined according to the product to be processed.
Capacity of the mill depends on the type of product and requested fineness.
Temperature control is possible for heat sensitive products.
A variable speed dissolver to dispense, mix and homogenize products of different rheologies. Floor or through-floor mounted executions. The machine head on hydraulic rise and lower system. Infinitely adjustable impeller speed. Available with scraper and vacuum.
Operation
Mobile mixing vessels are used
Machine head is raised.
Mixing vessel is centrally held and secured by means of the clamps. On request clamping security switches added.
Machine head is lowered.
The main motor is switched on while the speed control drive indicates "o" rpm.
The speed of the stirring shaft is changed to required value during operation by means of the speed control drive. Speed indication is on the control panel. On request automatic speed control system available.
The processing height of the impeller is easily varied by means of the rise and lower system operated by an hydraulic unit.
