High-performance open-type press with fixed bed of series jz21 has features of:
1.High rigidity: steel welded frame with less deformation to ensure long die durability.
2.High strength: long service life. Important parts adopt high quality material with heat treatment.
3.High accuracy: slide employs 6-side rectangle guide which guides well and precisely.
4.High safety: a variety of steps have been taken to ensure the safety of operation. When the press is in the overload condition, the hydraulic overload protector sensitively prevents the machine and the die from being damaged.
5.High reliability: the adoption of programmable controller (plc), high quality electrical and sealed parts ensure the reliability of machine.
6.Low noise: pneumatic wet-type friction clutch-brake is applied. Main drive gear, immersed in a closed oil tank, runs smoothly with low noise. (model jz21-400c adopts dry-type friction clutch-brake).

Introduction
The puncher is a general punch machine used for pressing sheet metal,which is suitable for cold pressing,such as shearing,punching,blanking,bending and shallow drawing,but it is not suitable for stamping.The body of the press machine can be tilted so as to facilitate the finished products falling down from the die.
