VN1-40.5E medium-voltage AC vacuum circuit breaker is a new product designed by our company. The main circuit is with the solid insulated structure and uses the advanced epoxy resin sealed technology. Firstly it assembles a integrated sealed pole column with the vacuum interrupter, the main circuit, the insulated support and so on, which enhances the environment endurance of the vacuum circuit breaker.
1. The main circuit section and operating mechanism section is upper and lower arrangement, which optimize the electric field distribution, increase the insulated reliability, also reduce the circuit breaker depth direction size and reduce the matched switchgear depth greatly.
2. The live part of main circuit is cast in the epoxy resin cylinder, which make the interrupter be exempt from the environmental effect and the external mechanical force injury, also cause the circuit breaker no arc-over between phases and on the interrupter's surface and enhance the insulation of circuit breaker.
3.Current carries are fixed reliably in the position by the epoxy resin, do not need the extra fastener, reduce the number of accessories used for assembling circuit breaker pole columns, reduce the installation error and enhance the reliability of installing the circuit breaker.
4. As a result of using the sealed technology, the circuit breaker volume reduces greatly. The matched cabinet width is only 1200mm, heighten 2400mm, depth 2600mm.
5. The VN1 circuit breaker is based on the self-supporting structure of bottom plate, has overcome the primary contacts linking due to the circuit breaker submersion and also transport conveniently.
