The Features of Preheater:
(1) The upper feeding system: Includes the upper hopper, the next material possession, the next feeding method and structure can guarantee to the pre-heater of the body feeding to achieve security when closed, so that the cold air from outside can not enter into the preheater, and feeding can make use of valve rod to achieve continuous or intermittent feeding.
(2) Preheater body: It is to ensure that materials preheated to 900 degrees Celsius of the most important part, it is by the warm room, hanging devices and brick lining (which does not belong to the scope of design and manufacturing equipment) and other parts. That part of the structure of most of metal structures, part of the material according to the need to use a heat-resistant steel, heat-resistant steel to 1100 degrees Celsius in 1000 to work under high temperatures. In addition, the refractory bricks lining structure, novel design, sealing is good, can guarantee the material in pre-heater evenly and achieve pre-heating temperature
(3) Pushing devices: Mainly pusher, framework, and connecting rods and other parts of pushers, using heat-resistant steel casting or welded together, can withstand high temperatures, using electronic control and hydraulic systems can be by putting the various hydraulic automatic control program to achieve sequential pushing.
(4) The hydraulic system: Including tanks, pumps, motors, solenoid valves, hydraulic tubing, etc., its main role is to control the pusher device to push the completion of material movement.
(5) Bottom feeding room: Mainly including slide tube, main feeding room, feeding slip mouth and so on, its main role is to import the materials after preheating.
(6) Framework: Including columns and ring beam and so on, the main role is to support the upper part of the structure.
Product Description
The vibrating screen is machinery and equipment of vibration screening, which is suitable for damp fine grade of difficult materials with dry vibration screening, and is also equipment to process difficult materials of the domestic. Vibrating screen has the process characteristics of large amplitude, large vibration intensity, low frequency and elastic screen surface. In the working process, it maintains the largest rate of hole, which is of high efficiency, large capacity, convenient replacement of sieve plate, and reduces the cost.

The screen is operated by electric motor to drive vibrator with eccentric mass via delta belt, allowing screen box to vibrate, with the motional orbit of the screen box being circular. The screen is composed of screen box, vibrator, spring, damping, supporting underframe and others, as shown in Fig. 1. The screen box uses the advanced ring groove rivet for connection and si of frame structure.
The vibrator adopts eccentric shaft and eccentric block and the spring damping device sues steel spiral spring.
YK Series Circular Vibrating Screen:

Dry semi coke is used in chemical industry, smelting, gas production, civil heating and so on. It has the advantages of high fixed carbon, high specific resistivity, high chemical activity, low ash, low sulfur, low phosphorus and low water content, but at the same time the strength and crushing resistance of dry semi coke are relatively low.

Calcined petroleum coke is solid petroleum coke product with black and dark gray color, shine with metallic luster, porosity and composed with micro-graphite crystals. It is the carbon material in the form of granular, columnar and acicular.
Application:
1. Calcined Petroleum Coke can be widely used for producing Anode Paste and Prebaked Carbon Anode for electrolytic Aluminium, application as additive in graphite electrode and carbon raiser production, also used as fuel for silicon.
2. Used as basic raw material for carbon additive and foaming agent.
3. Used in chemical industry as the basic source of sodium hydride and high pure CO.

Semi coke, also called gas coke, lam coke, is made from high grade Jurassic coal, under a high temperature(1300â??) process. They are widely used for calcium carbide, ferro alloys manufacture or non-ferrous metals smelting, manufacture or other related metallurgical industries, because of its special physical and chemical characteristics: high fixed carbon content, low sulfur and low phosphorus for content.
Semi coke powder can be used in blast furnace instead of coal injection in steel-making ;
â?¢ 0-8mm semi coke can be used for sintering Mn ore in process of production SiMn; or using in other sinter mill.
