1.Marking shoe: Marking shoe and paint tank are integrally designed and hung inside frame of the chassis.The discharging port adopts double-closure to avoid leaking. Screeding knife made of fire resistance, abrasion resistance and oxidation resistance adopts screeding structure to make good quality markings, which ensures the head of marking more regular. 2.Heating system: Petroleum liquified gas tank is used for respectively gas to front and back two row nozzles and outside inflame gun, whose power is controlled by different valves. The valves and gas tools adopt imported parts, and connection pipes are imported rubber pipes with heat and pressure resistance.
3.Glass beads bin: With gear transmission, the dispensing gear definitely rolls. Equip with automatic clutch device synchronous with screeding shoe; bin with windows can check the quantity of glass beads in time. The capacity: 30kg.
4.Chassis: Firm welding frame, the surface has been galvanized, chrome-plated or high temperature treatment. Equip with heat resistance (350), abrasion resistance modified rubber with the diameter 200mm, which can effectively prevent tackless or deformation after long time of high temperature work. The wheel nave is made of refined steel, and equip with high speed imported bearing, which makes the whole machine lighter and more convenient.

Thermoplastic Road Marking Paint is a 100% solids material blend of binder, pigments, glass beads, peformance additives and other wear-resistant fillers. The binder is made from petroleum-derived resins, it is the best used for long-lifespan road marking applications. Intermixed and drop-on glass beads provide retroreflectivity for nighttime visibility of the road marking. Its composition specification and physical technical data conforms to BS3262-1:1989 Part 1 standard.

The two-component road marking is a new type and superior road marking and popular in recent years. It is different from thermoplastic and cold paint road line marking, which forms coating relying on chemical reaction instead of physical drying such as temperature falling or solvent ( water-based) volatilizing. The two component road marking machinery can be divided into swing structure type, screeding flat-line type and high-pressure airless spraying type according to different paints and different construction shapes.
