Steel : Sand the surface with coarse Sand / water paper according to the type of surfaces to remove rust, dust & other foreign particles. System of
Coating should be selected depending upon the type of substrate. Wipe to clean the surface. Apply single coat primer & allow to dry. Re sand the
surface with Sand paper & wipe to clean. Apply 2nd Coat of primer & allow drying for overnight. Before application of paint, thin down to achieve
desired viscosity & filter through white cloth. Apply Kisomin Paint to finish.
Stir the base thoroughly and then mix to uniform consistency.
Apply by diluted material, where viscosity has to be ensure 40-45 sec by f.c. B4
Add Kisomin thinner to adjust viscosity depending on spray condition. Use any standard equipment at an atomizing pressure of 3.5-4.5 kg/cm.
1. Use off the mixed paint .
2. Do not apply when temperature falls below 10c or rises above 50c and when relative humidity rises above 90%. Do not apply during rain, fog or mist
3. Brushes and spray equipment should be cleaned with Thinner,
4. Special care to be taken to close immediately the partly used Diluted Material.

We all know that rusting is a severe problem all over the world. The global cost of corrosion is estimated to be 3 to 4% of the global GDP. It is a huge global loss and still unnoticeable. Almost all the present technologies to stop corrosion are not able to deliver fool proof results & fail to stop rusting process especially fill form corrosion permanently.Hence everybody is fed up & looking for a one time and lifetime kind of solution. In this regard we have invented & introduced Steel Guard Nano Coat or 'SGNC' as a best Rust preventive and surface protection compound.It is a water based nano technological formulation made out of precious metals in nano form. And It is an absolutely GREEN product. It is to be applied on a cleaned and degreased iron surface before paints with suitable method. After application,It penetrates inside the surface and forms metallurgical monolithic bonds with iron molecules and creates an armor around it.During this process nobility of the surface is increased from ferrous to non ferrous and SGNC with concrete or sealer paint system on top of it stops water,oxygen and chloride ingress in the iron surface and stops corrosion process in it completely.
Its unique features have made SGNC very much useful in almost all the industries.
It can be applied on HR black, HR pickled, CR, MS casting or Machined iron surface after degreasing. It can be applied on TMT rebars in the construction process which increases the bond strength by two times.
It delivers marvelous performance & replaces many current processes . ETP is not required.
In marine application , it can act like a shop primer & keeps objects w/o rust if stored in a covered area up to relative humidity < 65 % & kept away from continuous water contact.
It can be used as a rust remover + preventer on flash rusted components and can be used for touch up at dealer's end, repair shops or service centers.
We can straight away eliminate shot blasting, galvanizing, 7 tanks phosphating or 13 tanks CED etc processes for fabricated assemblies, fasteners, flanges, pipes, riveting etc shelf components where FIFO can not be maintained and use of SGNC+1 or 2 coats of paint can have a good cost reduction.
This can be used as touch up chemicals and to clear under warranty corrosion claims or for under maintenance components/ assemblies also. Weld ability is not a problem after SGNC application.

DIRECTION FOR USE Remove dust,grease,oil,moisture,rust and other loose flakes etc.After
priming the surface with recommenden primer with over night drying &

Surface Preparation
Abrasive blasting to Sa 21/2 Swedish Standards is the best method of surface preparation. In case blasting is not possible, then the surface of steel should be manually cleaned with brass wire brush, coarse emery paper, scraper, etc to remove rust, dust, loose old coating, oil, grease, and other foreign contaminants. It is preferable to give a solvent wipe after surface preparation. The surface should be absolutely dry, moisture and oil free before primer application or Phosphated components by 7-tank pretreatment process of surface preparation.
