These baffles help distribute the weight of the contents evenly within the bag, prevent the contents from shifting or settling, and improve stability when the bag is transported or handled.
Baffle FIBCs are commonly used for storing and transporting dry, flowable materials such as grains, powders, and pellets. They are often used in the food, chemical, pharmaceutical, and agriculture industries and in other industries where dry bulk materials are handled.
Baffle bags are manufactured with sewing inner baffles across the corners of the four panels of the FIBCs to prevent distortion or Swelling and to ensure the square or the rectangular shape of the FIBCs during transportation or storage.
