Q-Baffled Fibc Bags

A Baffle FIBC, also known as a Baffle Bulk Bag or a Baffle Container, is a flexible intermediate bulk container (FIBC) designed with internal baffles or partitions. These baffles help distribute the weight of the contents evenly within the bag, prevent the contents from shifting or settling, and improve stability when the bag is transported or handled.

Baffle FIBCs are commonly used for storing and transporting dry, flowable materials such as grains, powders, and pellets. They are often used in the food, chemical, pharmaceutical, and agriculture industries and in other industries where dry bulk materials are handled.

Baffle bags are manufactured with sewing inner baffles across the corners of the four panels of the FIBCs to prevent distortion or Swelling and to ensure the square or the rectangular shape of the FIBCs during transportation or storage. These baffles are manufactured accurately to allow the material to flow into the corners of the bag resulting in less storage space occupied and decreased transportation costs up to 30% in comparison with a standard big bag.

A baffle or Q-type FIBCs can be coated or uncoated and comes with an optional PE liner inside. Baffle bag gives better stability and improved loading efficiency of containers and trucks

1. Q-bags can prevent from deforming after it is filled with goods fully. In general,Q-bags can maintain the shape of square and have regular after it is filled with goods fully. So it is very convenient for transportation and storsge ,particularly,it is suitable for storage with salver and can be full use of the space .
