Performance characteristics
1.LG-1520 has the effect of improving the wear resistance of the formulation and reducing the porosity of the part, which can extend the service life of the tire.
2.LG-1520 has the function of reducing the heat generation of vulcanized rubber by 5%-10%, so that the anti-aging performance of the rubber compound is greatly improved.
3. LG-1520 has excellent processability, including interfacial active components, which can reduce the energy difference between the interfaces of various materials in the formulation. It is easy to eat in the rubber mixing process, and the tire tread is pressed out and filmed. When pressed out, the dimensional stability is good, and the surface is fresh, smooth and elegant.


It mainly tests the low temperature and high temperature limit of rubber and the aging time at different temperatures.


Properties:
1.Lg-768 has improved adhesive performance: the new material can improve the initial adhesive force of rubber and steel wire, rubber and fiber and the adhesive force after aging.The results showed that the adhesive quantity of steel wire/fiber cord increased and the adhesive force increased.In addition, the adhesive along the direction of vertical to the cord line out of the thread shape, the thread shape is obvious, the pitch is shortened, uniform.

2.Lg-768 has improved aging resistance: an hindered phenol structure is formed between the phenolic hydroxyl group and methoxy group on the molecule, which can trap free radicals in the consumed rubber system and terminate the chain reaction, thus improving the heat-resistant aging performance and fatigue resistance of the polymer material.Because this material can effectively improve the adhesive aging performance of tires, it can greatly reduce the problems of shoulder empty and delamination.Improve the high speed and durability of finished tires, extend the service life and driving safety of tires.

Usage and dosage
1. L-810 is added together with small materials such as zinc oxide when mixing the masterbatch.

2.L-810 is used for tire crown and side rubber, adding 2 ~ 3 parts according to 100 parts of raw rubber;L-810 has no effect on the physical and mechanical properties and vulcanization properties of rubber products.

3. Apply reference tire usage on the conveyor belt.


Silane coupling agent
Silane coupling agent Si-69 chemistry is named double [gamma - (triethoxy silyl) propyl] four sulfide.It is often used to treat inorganic fillers such as carbon black and SiO 2. It not only has the function of activator and coupling agent, but also has the function of crosslinking agent, softener and reinforcing agent. It is used as reinforcing agent and vulcanizing agent in rubber industry.


Product performance:
This kind of product can promote the mixing of different polar rubber, improve its compatibility and process performance. It is suitable for mixing, smelting and calendering operations. It can make the binder bond more closely, so as to improve the effect of mixed coal layer seam, disperse better, mix more evenly, and improve the uniformity of the binder. Application description:Rubber adhesive RA produces adhesion through reaction with methylene acceptor. For example, it reacts with rubber binder RE and resorcinol formaldehyde resin GLR-20 to form thermosetting resin. The reaction will occur very quickly at vulcanization temperature. If the reaction occurs before vulcanization, the adhesion of the coordination system will be greatly reduced or even lost. Usually, the rubber, filler and methylene acceptor are prepared at high temperature, and then the rubber adhesive RA is added with accelerator and sulfur in the final refining stage.
The recommended proportion is 2-5 rubber adhesive RA for each 100 rubber, and 2-5 GLR-20 resins.
Packaging storage and transportation:
1. The rubber adhesive RA is wrapped in woven bags and lined with polyethylene plastic bags. The net weight is 25Kg per package.
2. Before transport and storage, check whether the product packaging is intact. During storage and transportation, the products should be stored in dry, clean and cool warehouses in order to prevent dampness and heat deterioration.
3. The effective storage period is one year.

Qualification description:
Glue T-78E is a dispersing additive with double dispersing effect on carbon black and inorganic filler. It not only has internal and external lubrication, but also has chemical bonding of functional polymers. It is an economical high-efficiency dispersion. Additives to improve the dispersibility of the powder in the compound, especially the dispersion of carbon black.
Glue T-78E can effectively shorten the mixing time, increase the rolling and pressing speed, reduce the extrusion temperature, improve the utilization factor of equipment, reduce energy consumption and cost.


Recommended usage:
RH100 is beneficial to improve the mixing uniformity of rubber compounds with different polarities and different viscosities. Through the surface wetting can be quickly absorbed by the rubber compound, speeding up the rapid combination of ingredients in the rubber compound formulation.
RH100 reduces the Mooney viscosity of the material, improves the fluidity of the rubber compound, and makes the process of calendering and extrusion after mixing easier. It is recommended that RH100 be added at the beginning of the mixing cycle to achieve the best wetting effect.


Application: This product is a general amine antioxidant with excellent heat, oxygen and aging properties in rubber industry. It is especially suitable for all-steel and semi-steel radial tires, and is widely used in tires, hoses, belts, rubber shoes, rubber products and other general industrial rubber products, as well as latex products.


Function: Zno-80, as a natural and synthetic rubber active agent, can improve the crosslinking density and strength of vulcanized rubber.
