KLX PC-812A, 813A, 815A, 816A, 813AF films are one side polished, the other side matte, fine matte, fine velvet, velvet, or suede polycarbonate films. These films offer high temperature resistance, excellent dimensional stability, as well as good printability without pre-treatment making them excellent films for multi-layer printing for applications such as overlays, floor graphics, high-performance labels and in-mould decoration. They can be screen printed using traditional solvent based or water based inks, as well as UV or infrared drying inks and offer ease of processing for thermoforming, embossing, die-cutting, hydro-forming and bending. The velvet texture offers mar resistance, and can be used over light-emitting devices (LEDs).

Dry diamond polishing pads are essential tools used in various industries, primarily for polishing stone surfaces such as granite, marble, and concrete. Unlike traditional wet pads, these are designed for dry applications, eliminating the need for water during the polishing process.
We offer two types of DRY diamond polishing pads from 50 grit to 3000 grit with buff pads: traditional honeycomb type dry diamond polishing pads and our own resin bond dry diamond polishing pads. Honeycomb-type dry diamond polishing pads are more aggressive than resin-bonded pads. However, our resin bond dry diamond polishing pads are 2.5mm in thickness and last considerably longer than traditional dry pads. These pads work great for both marble and granite, leaving no colors on stone surfaces. The resin bond dry diamond polishing pads are also superior for polishing concrete. The maximum speed for our dry diamond polishing pads is 4500 RPM. We will not be responsible for any quality issues if you use a high-speed grinder with any of our pads.

Uses of Dry Diamond Polishing Pads

What are diamond polishing pads used for?
Diamond polishing pads contain industrial diamonds bonded with resin, and are used to polish marble, granite, terrazzo, concrete, limestone and sandstone to a smooth, glass-like finish with a series of steps starting with the lowest grit to the highest grit.
How to Polish a Surface Using a Diamond Polishing Pad?
Getting a high-gloss polished surface is a long process that requires time and patience. For best results, don't skip any steps.
1. Purchase a set of quality diamond polishing pads and backing pads.
2. Mount the backing pad to your variable speed wet/dry grinder.
3. Make sure your work surface is securely fixed and will not slide.
4. Mount the 50-grit sandpaper to the grinder and start polishing from left to right at a low speed of less than 1,000 RPM. Polish until most of the saw marks and scratches on the surface are removed.
5. Switch to a 100-grit polishing pad and repeat the same process. You should not see any visible saw marks or scratches after completing this step.
6. Switch to 200-grit and repeat the process.
7. Switch to 400-grit sandpaper and repeat this step. After completing this step, you should see the granite begin to shine.
8. Gradually increase to 800, 1,000, 1,500 grit. You will see a shiny, gleaming surface.
9.Sand with 1,500 grit sandpaper. At this point, you will see a shiny, glassy surface.
PE protective film
The protective film can be used to metal sheet surfaces such as stainless steel, aluminum alloy, mirror sheets when polishing, grinding, finishing to avoid scratch,mark,damage and dirt at the process of pression forming ,transportation and installation etc.
The protection film can be removed without difficulty,leaving no residue glue after removal.
