This thread are made by spinning a staple wrapper of polyester around a continuous filament of polyester fibers. Afterwards, two or more of these single yarns are twisted together to form the thread. Core threads have a fibrous surface giving them good lubricity characteristics and also a continuous filament core that contributes to high strength and durability. When wrapped with a polyester wrap, core threads have excellent chemical resistance and colorfastness. Core threads are used in everything from fine blouses to heavy coveralls and overalls.

It is a special coating on the thread face. Similar to light Bonded .The thread is very smoothly and softer than Bonded and also not easy falloff. it has good sewing performance. This coating is mainly to increase the thread high temperature resistance, friction resistance, and has good electrical insulation.
We Bonlon thread carry a variety of Monocord Bonded Polyester and nylon. polyester complex untwisted bonded threads are intended for stitching and basting seams, as well as for lining light fabrics. Due to its translucency, it is highly compatible with a large number of colors, which avoids frequent replacement of threads. They have very good sewing properties and lack of lying on the seam of products when ironing.

Polyester/Cotton corespun threads are produced by spinning the staple fibres of cotton and then wrapping this around continuous polyester filaments. Two or more plies of this standard yarn are doubled (twisted together) to make the sewing thread. The resultant thread provides superb strength from the polyester filament together with the characteristic soft feel of the cotton.
It is presented in natural color, heat set (steam set) and in dye tubes ready for dyeing. Dyed finished with lubricated is available as customers required.

Bonded Nylon 6.6 sewing thread. It means is covered with special resin that protects it against friction and needle heat. Greige Yarn wound on dyeing tube ready for dyeing, the finished threads is used in footwear, upholstery, leather goods and automotive applications.
Both Ex-Bonded and In-Bonded are available in a wide range of colors and sizes.
