Polyester/Cotton corespun threads are produced by spinning the staple fibres of cotton and then wrapping this around continuous polyester filaments. Two or more plies of this standard yarn are doubled (twisted together) to make the sewing thread. The resultant thread provides superb strength from the polyester filament together with the characteristic soft feel of the cotton.
It is presented in natural color, heat set (steam set) and in dye tubes ready for dyeing. Dyed finished with lubricated is available as customers required.
Count: Ne8, 12, 16, 18, 20, 24, 28, 29, 30, 36, 40,45,50, 2ply and multiply.
Constructed in a similar way to Cotton/polyester corespun thread, but staple fibres of polyester are used in place of the cotton. The resultant thread gives strength and softness offering excellent sewing performance.
