D type fenders are semi-circular rubber fenders. They are commonly used on vessels as well as small quays.
D model fenders has excellent performance in absorbing the impact during mooring or berthing thus they protect the ship and the dock from damage. You can use them for different quays, piers, docks, wharfs, ships and etc. With advanced production , TUF D type rubber fender is of the moderate reaction force and higher energy absorption than the cylindrical fenders. The width of its bottom is small, so this marine fender can be installed at docks.
They can be precurved, chamfered and drilled to aid installation at a relatively low cost and can also be cut length required

shaped bore inside. Designed for use on tugs and barges, they offer long term durability for applications where repeated compression cycles are encountered in pushing service. They also offer the excellent physical characteristics needed to handle the high loading which occurs both on initial contact, and throughout the service cycle.
