ZGB slurry pump is a cantilevered horizontal double-case centrifugal slurry pump, designed for transporting highly abrasive or corrosive media, widely used in electric power, metallurgy, mining, coal and other industries [1-3]. The pump adopts high chrome alloy flow-through parts, both abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance, supporting a maximum working pressure of 3.6Mpa and multi-stage tandem application [1-2] [4]. Its structure combines combined sealing and mechanical sealing technology, combined with wide and smooth flow channels and thin oil lubrication system to ensure low leakage rate and high reliability [1] [3-4]. Typical applications include ash conveying in power plants, with technical parameters ranging from 23.9 to 94.2 m head and 10.5 to 533.3 m3/hour flow.
