Incoloy 825 is a nickel iron chromium alloy, which is widely used in petroleum, natural gas and chemical processing industries. It has good corrosion resistance and can operate at higher temperatures than most stainless steels. Incoloy 825 is a completely austenitic nickel iron chromium alloy, stabilized by titanium and added with copper and molybdenum. Incoloy 825 is a general engineering alloy, which is resistant to acid and alkali metal corrosion in oxidation and reduction environments.
The Incoloy825 has the following functions:
Good resistance to stress corrosion cracking.
Good resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion
Good oxidation resistance and non oxidative thermal acidity.
It has good mechanical properties at room temperature and high temperature up to 550
Certification of pressure vessels with manufacturing temperatures up to 450 C
Incoloy 825 metallographic structure:
Incoloy 825 alloy has a stable face centered cubic structure. Chemical composition and appropriate heat treatment ensure that the corrosion resistance will not be weakened by sensitization.

Incoloy825 is a general engineering alloy, which is resistant to acid and alkali metal corrosion in oxidation and reduction environments.
Incoloy825 is widely used in various industrial fields where the working temperature is no more than 550.

We are glad to propose 500 MT of stain less steel mill scale.
Mill scale is formed on the outer surfaces during by the hot rolling lamination of stainless-steel products.

At a visual inspection the material is a hard brittle sand and is mainly composed of iron oxides, mostly ferric, and is bluish black in colour, but it also contains considerable alloying elements such as chromium and nickel.

The recovery ratio after melting in furnace for the most valuable alloy elements is:
- Ni: 3.5 - 4.5%
- Cr: 6-8%


From the chemical and physical analysis performed on the scrap, and according to the European environmental rules, the material has been classified as a special non dangerous waste, listed in green list. In particular the mill scale can be classified as follows:

Waste code: 10 02 10

The material is stored on cemented flooring, and it can be loaded loose in tipper trucks or containers.

Desulphurisation Slag is an iron slag derived from the desulphurisation skimming process. This material is an iron by- product that is encapsulated in varying levels of contaminants (S,Mg,Si), but has a stable chemistry with 75 -80% chemistry.

The level of Fe% in the slag has been estimated by water displacement test.
