We are supplier and exporter of Copper Slag.

Copper slag is a low cost expendable abrasive suited for open blast cleaning and due to its low silica content it does not pose the health hazards created by silica sand. Its sharp, hard particles can provide a fast cleaning action and an excellent surface profile. It is available in various sizes

Copper slag is abrasive blasting grit made of granulated slag from metal smelting processes (also called iron silicate). Copper slag abrasive is suitable for blast cleaning of steel and stone/concrete surfaces, removal of mill scale, rust, old paint, dirt etc. Suitable for SA-3, SA-2 and SA-2. Copper slag blasting media/grit is manufactured of the granulated slag of copper refineries, and used for blast-cleaning of metal surface. In different industries it is called different names abrasive powder, grit, copper slag grit, mineral grit, grinding grains, etc.

Blast furnace slag is a nonmetallic coproduct produced in the process. It consists primarily of silicates, aluminosilicates, and calcium-alumina-silicates. The molten slag, which absorbs much of the sulfur from the charge, comprises about 20 percent by mass of iron production. The average chemical composition of the material is the following: CaO 36.50% MgO 7.90% Al2O3 11.70% MnO 1.13 % K2O 0.43 % Na2O 0.22% FeO 1.71 % SiO2 38.73% TiO2 0.69% S 0.86% We have available two different lots of slag GRANULATED BLAST FURNACE SLAG The granulated blast-furnace slag is sand-type slag manufactured by spraying high-pressure water jets on a blast-furnace molten slag.

Copper slag is a by-product of copper extraction by smelting. During smelting, impurities become slag which floats on the molten metal.

Copper slag is mainly used for surface blast-cleaning. Abrasive blasting is used to clean and shape the surface of metal, stone, concrete and other materials. In this process, a stream of abrasive grains called grit are propelled toward the workpiece. Copper slag is just one of many different materials that may be used as abrasive grit. Rate of grit consumption, amount of dust generated, and surface finish quality are some of the variables affected by the choice of grit material.

Internationally the described media is manufactured in compliance with ISO 11126-3[4]

The blasting media manufactured from copper slag brings less harm to people and environment than sand. The product meets the most rigid health and ecological standards.

Ground Granulated Blast Furnace Slag (GGBFS) is a by-product from the manufacture of Iron and a high-performance substitute to traditional cement that will rise the technical presentation of your application, improve its appearance and minimize its environmental impact. GGBS is used in combination with Portland cement to produce superior longer-lasting concrete. GGBS will improve performance in any situation, from housing to civil engineering applications.

GGBFS also improves the concrete toughness, reduces preservation and repair costs, progresses workability and compression features, extensions compressive and flexural strengths, decreases cement and water consumption, advances concrete grading and also improves impermeability and water resistance.

Arij Global Trading LLC is a professional Ground Granulated Blast Furnace Slag supplier. We are a global company operating in the fields of the mineral industry, trade, and logistics. Reliable and responsible entrepreneurship, combined with flexibility and innovative logistics solution, plus our motivated and skilled employees, our core proficiencies and efficient work processes, we continuously achieve an above-average value contribution.

GGBFS
Ground Granulated Blast Furnace Slag (GGBFS) is gained by grounding the Granulated Blast Furnace Slag into the desired fineness. This product is usually intended to be used in concrete either as an element of composite cement such as Blast furnace Cement/High Slag Blast Furnace Cement or as a straight addition to the concrete mix by the concrete producer.

GBFS
Granulated Blast Furnace Slag GBFS can be used like sand as an additional aggregate for building materials. Granulated Blast Furnace Slag is obtained by quickly chilling (quenching) the molten ash from the furnace with the help of water. Throughout this procedure, the slag becomes fragmented and changed into amorphous granules (glass).
