The high quality arunachal coal is suitable for coke plants and steel industry apart from brick kilns, cement industry etc. The average analysis figures of all the available coal are: ash 5-10%, volatile matter 38 to 42%, moisture 1.8 to 2.5%, and sulphur 2 to 3.59%. The sulphur is both of organic and inorganic origin. The coal has extremely low phosphorus (0.001-0.008%). It is a highly caking coal, the caking index varying from 17 to 24 (b.S.S.). The swelling index varies from 2.5 to 4 and the calorific value is as high as 11, 970 to 13, 410 b.Th u./1b.
Cooking Coal, also known as Metallurgical Coal, is a critical raw material used in steel production. It is specially processed to produce coke, which serves as a fuel and reducing agent in blast furnaces, ensuring high-quality steel with superior strength and durability.

Three year contract, fixed price for first two years; adjusted to market in 3rd year, or as negotiated. This is good coal and with a two year fixed price contract it should be very attractive. Buyer can inspect coal on site and contract directly with producer if required.
Producer has 20+ years in business and sells to some of the largest US power and steel companies.
Metallurgical coal, also known as met coal, coking coal, or steelmaking coal, is a vital ingredient for making steel, iron alloy, carbon and other metals used in everything from buildings, tools, trains, planes, and automobiles, to cookware, cutlery, surgical tools and implants.
Anthracite Coal is the highest grade of coal, known for its high carbon content, low impurities, and energy efficiency. It burns cleaner and hotter than other types of coal, making it ideal for heating, industrial applications, and producing high-quality coke for steel manufacturing.
