Product Overview:
DP Pump is a self Cbalancing multilevel boiler feed pump with single-suction, multievel and sectional structure. This series of pumps are suitbalbe for medium and low pressure boiler water feeding, and high-pressure boiler water feeding for thermal power plant, as well as high-lift water supply and drainage of factories and cities. They are used in transferring water or other liquid with similar physical and chemical properties to water. Temperature of media being transferred can vary from -20~160
Efficient energy-saving:
Using advanced hydraulic model, independent R&D energy efficient products. Good centering of impeller and guid vane channel and efficiency will not significantly drop as balancing disc wears and rotor components move forward. No leakage of balancing water reduces loss of volume and improves pump efficincy and pump efficiency is on average 2-5% higher than normal DG pump.

With symmetrically arranged impeller rotor components, axial forces generated by all levels of symmetrical impellers forces offset each other and automatic balancing of huge axial thrust within pump cavity can be realized without the balcancing disc structure.

With short gaps in the both ends of support, XS type pump works stably with less noise and vibration. It can be risen speed operation to meet wider usage. Being inlet and outlet located in the same center line, the pipelines arrangement looks simple and beautiful. The rotor can be operated in reverse direction to avoid damage to the pumps from water hammer. Unique design of high temperature, using middle support, thickening pump casing, seal cooling and oil lubrication bearing make XS type pump suitable for working at 200, especially for heat supply newtwork requirements. XS type pump case body can be vertically or horizontally installation acoording to different working condition, with mechanical seals or packing seals. Pipeline centrifugal pumps are general-purpose equipment for conveying clear water and liquids with similar physical and chemical properties, widely used in industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building pressure boosting, fire-fighting systems, HVAC circulation and other fields [2].
