3. Without exception, thistakes less than 10 minutes. Otherwise, it will cause cross linking reaction, and no more further steps will be available.

1. Description
C-825/C-830/C-835 Silicone Rubber is a two-part, tin-catalyzed, liquid silicone system that cures (RTV) to a white, Shore A25-A35 rubber. This is a pourable rubber, but it can be easily thickened with Liquid Thickener or for brush-on application.
Popular product options is C-825/C-830/C-835 are the mold material of choice for high-volume veneer stone production (manual or automated manufacturing). These two-component mold rubbers capture excellent surface detail, offer exceptional dimensional stability and have unmatched lifetime and durability compared to hot melt and polypropylene systems.
Molds made from these room temperature curing systems can be completed in a much shorter timeframe (~4 hour demold) compared to latex rubber molds. When properly maintained, these molds can last for years and produce thousands of stones.
