Function and usage
It can set with 5 different temperature spots to do heat sealing, select the optimal heat healing temperature, and can also set the same temperature to speed up the heat sealing.
Instrument structure:
The structure of the heat-sealing tester is composed of 4 parts: pneumatic drive system, heat-sealing equipment, temperature adjustment system and time adjustment system.
Pneumatic drive system:
It includes pressure gauge, guide stick, cylinder, pneumatic valve, pressure regulating handle and so on. You can pull the pressure-regulating handle outward, rotate to the right side to adjust the heat sealing pressure to a high value, and rotate to the left side to reduce it. After setting the pressure, please press the handle to the side of mainframe to lock the air pressure.
Heating-seal device
It is composed of the upper and lower heat-sealing sticks, of which the upper one is connected with a cylinder. There is an insulating plate in the upper part, which can prevent heat transmit to the cylinder. The heat-sealing stick is made of aluminum, and the center is heater. There is a silica gel plate in the upper part of the lower heat-sealing stick, which can mitigate pressure impact during heat sealing. Temperature measurement system was installed at the back of the heat-sealing stick.
Temperature adjustment system:
The upper temperature controller controls the temperature of upper heat-sealing stick, and the rear temperature controller controls the temperature of lower heat-sealing stick. The temperature can be set at will through adjusting the button on the dial plate.
Time adjustment system:
Time adjustment system: The heat-sealing time can be set at will through adjusting the button on dial plate. The setting scope of time is 0.01s to 999.9h. Press the foot switch under the manual state, and the heat-sealing stick will be pressed together. Under the automatic state, the press-fitting time of upper and lower heat sealing sticks are controlled by a timer automatically, it can automatically recover later. The unit of timer is 0.1 second in general. There is time adjusting button on the panel of the timer, and the heat-sealing time can be adjusted at will.

Properties: The product is a white crystalline powder or a sandy-size granularity, and a pinkish crystalline powder or a sandy-size granularity as well. Sp.gr.2.953.01g/cm3, melting point about 1000centigrade, specific heat 1.056j/gcentigradeat 18100centigrade. Its slightly soluble in water, but insoluble in anhydrous hydrogen fluoride. The content of its crystal water will be decreased while the increasing of the molecular ratio, therefore its loss on ignition will be also decreased while the increasing of the molecular ratio. After the paste of synthetic cryolite with different molecular ratio dehydrates, the loss on ignition at 800centigrade will appear 10.34%, 6.22% and 2.56% when the molecular ratio reaches 1.74, 2.14 and 2.63 reactively.

Description: Sodium erythorbate is a white or yellow white crystalline powder or granules, odorless, has little salt, the melting point is over 200, it is rather stable when being dry exposed to the air, but in the water solution, when there is air, metal, heat and light, the oxidation will occur. It easily dissolves in water; 16g/100ml at normal temperature, hardly dissolves in ethanol, the PH value of 2% water solution is 5.5-8.0.

Uses: Sodium Erythorbate is mainly used in foodstuff industry, used as antioxidant, preservative and coloring agent, broadly used in meat food, fish food, beer, fruit juice, syrup crystal, fruit and vegetable tin, cake, dairy produce, confiture, sherry, pickles, and grease etc. the dosage to the meat foods is 0.5~1.0g/kg. To the frozen fish, the fish should be infused in the 0.1%-0.8% water solution before freezing. The dosage in the beverage such as syrup is 0.01%~0.03%, apple and bechamel tin: 0.15g/kg (dosage of single or together with the VC), luncheon meat, cooked meat powder, cooked front leg pork, cooked ham, the dosage is 0.5g/kg (dosage of single or together with the VC and other sodium salt, counted the VC ), for the peach, apple jam: 2g/kg,for the fruit tin, it is 0.75-1.5g/l, for the nature syrup, it is 0.08-0.11g/l, for the beer, it is 0.03g/l (FAO/WHO(1977).
Antioxidation property: the antioxidation property of the Sodium Erythorbate is great larger than the one of cenolate (Sodium VC), has no effects to identify the Vitamin C, but it will not persuade the body to absorb and use the Sodium Erythorbate. The body culls the Sodium Erythorbate and changes it into Vitamin C inside the body.
The physiological effects of the Sodium Erythorbate is only the 1/20 of the VC on anti-scurvy, but it is approximately same to the VC on drop blood pressure, diuresis, generating of hepatic glycogen, discharging of pigment, detoxifcation.

Beeswax is a secretion of the abdominal glands of the honeybee,which is used for building its hexagonal combs within the hive. Wax is collected by removing a portion of the hive's capping and the refined for use in wide variety of applications.
A bee consumes an estimated 6 10 lbs (3 4.5 kg) of honey for each pound of the wax it secretes. After honey removal, the comb is melted to produce the beeswax. Our beeswax is hand packaged in 1 pound,sealed bags and ready for you to use. Beeswax has a high melting point range, of 62 to 64 C (144 to 147 F). If beeswax is heated above 85 C (185 F) discoloration occurs.
