Features and Benefits

Using silicon carbide graphite crucible, it does not add iron, does not stick to aluminum, has fast heat conduction, and has a service life of more than half a year.

The outer shell is made of 5mm thick steel plate and the bottom is 10mm channel steel, with a solid structure.

The heating belt adopts imported high-temperature heating flat belt, which has high heat utilization rate and a service life of up to three years.

The temperature control watch adopts a digital display touch temperature control watch with PLD control function and an automatic constant temperature device with precise temperature control.

It adopts Taiwan's integrated SCR three-phase power regulator, with its own current, input and other display panels, built-in fault diagnosis, and long service life.

The PID system will automatically control the power output as needed to effectively save energy.

All interiors are made of ceramic fiber modules, which have good thermal insulation effect and the temperature of the furnace shell does not exceed 45 degrees.

Usage
Mainly used for maintaining temperature of molten aluminum alloys, suitable for all the crafting processes, such as pre-aluminum casting degassing, alloy preparation, uniform structure and temperature regulation and so on.

Equipment Features
â?¢Higher-quality molten aluminum can be obtained. Molten aluminum temperature accuracy, composition uniformity and less hydrogen content can be guaranteed.
Flexible production organization. The crucible can be replaced at any time for production of different types of alloys, without contaminating the molten aluminum.
Low burning loss of aluminum. The aluminum in the crucible is heated with heat conduction of the crucible, without local high temperature, reducing oxidizing loss and high-temperature volatilization, lowering the burning loss of aluminum to a level below 1.2%.
The furnace floor is molded by monolithic casting with a casting material. Moreover, at the bottom of the furnace is a leakage outlet, through which the molten aluminum can outflow once the crucible is broken, reducing the risk of damage to the furnace body.
The temperature of the furnace chamber and molten aluminum is controlled by series circuit, ensuring sufficient heating efficiency and preventing overheating of the furnace chamber.
The molten aluminum thermocouple protect tube is made from silicon nitride, which is well heat-conducting, resistant to corrosion by the molten aluminum, resistant to thermal and cold shocks and highly strong. The tube can be directly immersed in the molten aluminum to measure its temperature. It has a service life of more than 2 years.
Multiple safety protection modes are adopted, such as molten aluminum over-temperature alarm, furnace chamber over-temperature alarm and crucible leakage alarm and so on.

The material is loose steel scrap processed through an incinerating plant for domestic waste followed by magnetic separation, fragmentized into pieces and consisting partly of tin coated steel cans.

At a visual inspection, the material is fragmentized, with iron and steel parts, resulting partly cut or in shredded form.
The stock appears heterogeneous and contains all kind of cut or dismantled steel parts such as sheets, bars, frames, wires, bolts and other iron/steel household residues.

The incinerated scrap is eventually oxidized, due to the thermal and cooling treatments, that the material has been submitted to. The burnt scrap also contains minor slag parts, ash and iron oxide, due to the recovery process.
Such components are inherent and adhere to the scrap surface. The total impurities, can be sorted, but not fully removed.

The consignment does not contain any type of arms, ammunition, mines, shells, cartridges, radioactive contaminated, or any other explosive material in any form either used or otherwise.

The collected stock, is stored in open air, on cemented flooring.

Due to the scrap dimensions and the material conditions, this particular scrap, should be carefully evaluated first, by the end users, to confirm its adequate recovery ratio and its suitability to be re-melted in the electric arc furnace.
