Cast steel gate valve are designed and manufactured to provide maximum service life and dependability. All gate valves are full ported and meet the design requirements of API STD API600& API6D, BS1414 & BS EN 1984 and generally conform to ASME B16.34. valves are available in a complete range of body/bonnet materials and trim.
Materials: Std body/bonnet materials include nine grades of carbon, low alloy and stainless steels. For special applications they can be supplied in other grades of alloy and stainless steel. There+óGé¼Gäós a full range of trim materials to match any service. Optional packing and gasket materials are available for a full range of service conditions.

BST Cast Steel Gate Valves are made in accordance with various standard for low pressure application that up to 150 PSI working pressure. It is designed with a wheel shape handle and the metal to metal seat sealing characteristics. They are used in very specific applications: water distribution, gas oil, steam, petrochemical and petroleum industries and gas systems.
The Cast Steel Gate Valves consists of a closure element, called a wedge or disc which is allowed to permit and prevent the flow of a process fluids to flow through the valve body.
* The API 600 Gate Valves is exceptionally sturdy, rugged, and durable, with a reputation for quality, integrity, and long service.
* They are designed for tight sealing and ease of operation. The valves are available flanged & butt-weld ends in pressure rating from ASME Class 150 to Class 2500, and in a variety of materials of construction.
* Gate Valves are of flexible wedge design, outside screw and yoke, and bolted-bonnet construction. The valves conform to API 600.
