8. Delivery time - 30 calendar days from the date of opening of the divisible irrevocable letter of credit
We ask the buyer to write an irrevocable ICPO order to our address and provide a certificate from the bank about the availability of money in the buyer's account with BCL. After receiving these documents, we will provide a contract.

Buyer issues agreed LC (MT 700) bank to bank
Buyer is permitted to VISIT LOADING PORT for the SGS Inspection before loading and shipment.
PB (performance bound) 2% as bank guarantee to the BUYER Via swift.
Shipments will commence as scheduled in the contract.
