Taper thread working principle:
1.Slice up the end of the rebar;
2.Make the rebar taper thread cutted by taper thread machine.
3.Connect together two taper thread end by one piece of taper thread coupler.

Working principle:
1, first, we use gq50 rebar cutting machine to splice up the end of rebar.
2, secondly, we use upset forging parallel thread machine (bdc-auto1 machine) to forge the end of rebar.
3.Third, we use parallel thread cutting machine (lw-i500 machine) to thread the ends of the rebar which have been forged.
4.Fourth, an upsetting coupler is used to link the two ends of rebar in parallel thread.
