The machine's design is compact, flexible and effective; and the unit size is 4m*3m*1.5m, which realizes the decomposition of the whole bundle of 16-40mm rebars, the lateral displacement of the single rebar, the longitudinal fast forward, feeding and fast backward in work area and the second lateral displacement to the reservior.
Working principle:
1.Prepare rebars and use the crane tosling them on the shelf. Decompose the whole bundle of bars then can make the single ones lateral displacement.
2.Remove the single rebar to the working area by reversing device. The rebar can realize the longitudinal fast forward, feeding and fast backward in this area.
3. Carry the rebar to the reservior through the second lateral displacement after processing and realize the storage the function of rebar.
