It is a 1/2 loin 280 - 340 grams variable weight individually wrapped and packed in cartons of approximately 10kg.  It is cut and frozen pre-rigor, offering excellent texture much firmer than that of traditional post-rigor salmon. Only label on the carton, no labels on the individual packs. The product should be consumed shortly after defrosting as we cannot guarantee full vacuum on this package after de-frosting.
