Urea serves an important role in the metabolism of nitrogen-containing compounds by animals. Other than its main use in Agriculture, it has other uses in the production of Explosives, Automobile Petrol and Dermatological Products.
Diammonium phosphate (ALPO4) DAP is used as a great fertilizer and when applied as plant food, it temporarily increases the soil Ph which enhance the growth process. It can also be used as a Fire Retardant and a yeast nutrient in winemaking and mead brewing.
