Description :
Aromatic rubber process oil has the first characteristics of aromatic hydrocarbons & are having the presence of the double guaranteed combine ring carbon structure.
Aromatic extracts procured from chosen refineries and appropriately homogenized to satisfy tight specifications, are used for combination batches to manufacture Tyres, calendared and moulded sheets, Tread rubber etc.

Aromatic grade of rubber process oil, dark in colour. it's a primary aromatic hydrocarbon, blended with carefully selected aromatic extracts. Rubber process oil (RPO) are used during mix of rubber compounds. These help in improving the dispersion of fillers and flow characteristics of the compound during any processing.

Application:
It is used in the manufacture of automobile tyres, beltings, mats, shaped rubber components Etc. it's good solvency & is compatible with wide range of rubbers like NR, SBR and PBR.

Properties:grayish-white powder. No taste, no poison. Densiy is 1.08-1.19. Soluble in acetone, ethyl acetate, benzene, alcohol, slightly soluble in ccl4; insoluble in water and gasoline.
Application:used as a secondary accelerator with thiazoles and sulphenamides in nr and sbr compounds. Exhibits better storage stability compared to thiuram and dithiocarbamates but is not so active. Dpg can be used in latex as secondary gelling agent (foam stabilizer) in the silico-flouride foam process

Properties: a little bitter taste. Specific gravity: 1.50--1.59. Soluble in chloroform, toluene, benzene, carbon tetrachloride. Insoluble in water and ethyl alcohol.
Application: given flat, moderately fast cures in nr and sr. Also used in a wide range of general purpose rubber. Non-staining/non-discolouring in "white" socks; use as a plasticiser and/or retarder in polychloroprene rubber. Secondary acceleration is usually required for synth etic polymers. Better scorch safety than mbt.
Storage: keep container tightly closed in a cool, well-ventilated place. The recommended max. Storage life is 2 years when stored under normal conditions.

This is a common accelerator for natural rubber, synthesis rubber and reclaimed rubber, which is easy to spread in rubber, no contamination. Vulcanized rubber has good antioxidant quality, but bitter, unsuitable for the rubber products contacting with food. Mainly used for the manufacturing of tire, rubber tube, rubber tape, general industrial rubber products.

PU binder is an un pigmented and solvent free single component Polyurethane Binder of medium viscosity. It is based on MDI with 100% solid content and high standard quality control of polyether raw material and additives material for binder's intensity, life time, smell ,color and UV resistance characteristics.
The defined viscosity of PU binder effects an excellent mixing with rubber granules while where is hardly any run off from the granules. Another characteristic is the suitable curing time and therefore application time allowing day construction joints to be easily and correctly done .
The yellowing that occurs when PU binder is exposed to UV-light does not affect its mechanical properties.PU binder is moisture curing .
