Clamp is used to clamp a strut channel with I-beam or a channel and is highly used in variegated lifting operations to save energy and time. These are widely used in power plants and major construction sites etc.

SPM Pipe welding pneumatic clamps assure a rapid, accurate alignment of two joints of pipe during the welding operation.

Front and rear heads operate independently to lock the clamp into position. A specially designed shoe on each head exerts pressure uniformly around the inside circumference of the pipe to maintain necessary alignment. Each pipe welding pneumatic clamp is easily and quickly adjusted for different pipe wall thicknesses.

Refer to table I in following these instructions. Turn back specified amount of rope from thimble or loop. Apply first clip one base width from dead end of rope. Apply U-Bolt over dead end of wire rope - live end rests in saddle (Never Saddle a dead horse!).Tighten nuts evenly, alternate from one nut to the other until reaching the recommended torque.
