Our lobsters are considered some of the best due to the ideal water temperature that perfectly matches their body temperature. Additionally, our team has extensive experience in handling lobsters, ensuring a low mortality rate for shipments overseas. We consistently maintain a mortality rate below the industry-allowable 5% in markets such as Mainland China, the US, Canada, and Europe. This care is crucial as our lobsters often face long flights, ranging from 40 to 70 hours. We also have strong connections with forwarders on the Eastern Coast, ensuring space availability during peak seasons.
Tail Packing: Cardboard box with a net weight of 40 pounds (18.144 kg), containing four small boxes, each with a net weight of 10 pounds (4.536 kg). All tails are the same classification.
Whole Packing: Cardboard box with a net weight of 10 kilos, each lobster within the same classification.
We ship globally all year long and we ensure to have full stock available in the peak season, especially for the Chinese New Year, Christmas and Moon festival.
We are now offering cooked and frozen African rock lobsters in great quantities from our HACCP approved factories. Our lobster sizes are primarily a call for concern with sizes more than 450grams and above. For cooked and frozen lobsters, we really can't offer that much quantity. Shipments for smaller quantities will be shipped by air cargo.
Lobsters have compound eyes on movable stalks, two pairs of long antennae, and several pairs of swimming legs (swimmerets) on the elongated abdomen. A flipperlike muscular tail is used for swimming; flexure of the tail and abdomen propel the animal backward.
