Plasmatreat FG1002 pre-treatment and cleaning unit
This flat surface pre-treatment and cleaning unit with open air / atmospheric-pressure plasma technology was originally made by Plasmatreat company in 2004, manufacturer's model FG1002 with Siemens PLC control system and then in year 2008 it was refurbished with new plasma nozzle directing robot and an aluminium profile structured operation table. The unit has two plasma nozzles and it has been used on occasionally and is in excellent condition. The equipment has CE marking and proper documentation, including wirering diagrams
This machine is designed to pre-treat and clean any metal, aluminum, plastics (such as PP and EPDM) or glass surface free from grease, dust and other unwanted materials and to pre-treat material surface for ensuring the adhesion of surface coating to these materials. Plasmatreat process also allows to use environmentally friendly water-based painting for coating and due to the fact that cleaning with plasma is a dry process immediate further processing of the materials is possible.

ating line is delivered by Finnish Elmont Oy and it consist of 59 separate dipping tanks, 6 material handling cranes and related process and automation equipment. We have the dipping tanks and material handling cranes in our store for sale. Dipping tank materials are AISI 316, SS, PP, HST and PP. All tanks are 2200 mm long and 1250 mm height, widths varies from 450 to 1740 mm, volumes from 1213 to 4016 liters. All tanks are in good condition.

The cranes are designed for those tanks and we have 6 pcs of them. Cranes have 0.25 kW gear motors and control panels. Structure is made of steel and they are in good condition.

0732010 Yogurt production and packaging line 4000 l / shift

Yogurt production equipment consists of 4 pcs 1000 liters of yogurt fermentation tanks, transmission equipment and a fully automated filling line 150 - 200 grams plastic cups. Process operation requires two people and equipment can be made about 4000 liters (or 20000 pieses) of 200g canned yogurt cups or other similar product for a normal 8-hour working shift. Packaging equipment is manufactured in the 1980s by German Ganzhorn & Stirm (nowadays Casti) and an automatic product cup feeder has been added later on the line. Also the tray feeding device has been recently added. The production line is fully operational and suitable besides for yogurt production, also for all curdled / fermented milk packaging in 150g-200g cups.

Fermentation tanks are double walled 1000 liter stainless steel vertical tanks. The product temperature can be adjusted as desired (e.g.36C) by using heating water between double walls. Control valves are manually adjusted.

The fermented yogurt is transferred to two 100 liter feeding tanks of the packing line with gentle rotary lobe pumps. Filling the yogurt cups is fully automated 2-lane packing process. The main equipment are manufactures by German Canzhorn & Srimin. Later installed automatic cup feeding equipment places 150 gr - 200 gr cups in 2 rows on the filling machine. The filling machine fills cups in three phases; first to the bottom desired volume of jam and then two different layers of product mass. ( 3-layer of yogurt). The cups are closed with aluminum lids which is sealed with electric heater. Transfer conveyor moves closed cups on to a palletizing machine which loads 20 cups on each cardboard or plastic tray (tray is automatically fed by a tray feeding device) where full trays are moved to a stacker machine which piles several layers of trays (up to 1 meter tall) for transportation.

There are two identical sets of oil-free, 2 lobe rotary blowers, made by Germand Kaeser Kompressoren GmbH in year 2005 with accessories. Manufactures type is Kaeser ED 420 Compact Omega Pluss 53 and accessories include a control cabinet with two inverters and programmable Kaeser Start Control STC 30 unit, totally 6 preliminary intake air filters and 3 final air intake filters with their steel supports. The rotary blower units have removable sound enclose for noise insulation. Operation of the equipment was stopped in year 2007, total running hours approx 7000 and therefore they are in excellent operational condition. In addition, we can offer you service maintenance by the manufacturer at separate cost.

This equipment is suitable for demanding dust collection and pneumatic transportation of various products due to oil free operation. For pneumatic transport application some changes in filters and other parts are needed.
The rotary lobe has two blower shafts with high efficiency Omega profile in a blower block. The rotary lobe and the block have a very small distance and they are not touching each other's and therefore there is no need for lubrication oil. The rotors are driven by high efficiency electric motor via belt connection and they both are installed on the same base frame. . The inlet and discharge silencers are designed to be effective at all frequencies and are eminently suited to variable speed . Higher rotational blower speeds produce high volumetric efficiencies, which in turn lower discharge temperatures and power consumption. The Compact Range ensures that all serviceable items are accessed from the front panels of enclosures.
The preliminary intake air filters are combination of cyclone and bag filter and it removes most of the dust from inlet air. Fine filter is a combination of cyclone and 138 ceramic fine filters which removes fine dust very effectively.
