Epoxy Coated Wire Mesh
Epoxy coated wire mesh also called epoxy mesh, epoxy coated welded wire mesh, hydraulic filter protective mesh ,filter element supporting mesh . The industrial epoxy coated wire mesh is mainly used as the supporting layers of hydraulic or air filters, works as main part of liter element. Itâ??s made of annealed low carbon steel wire or annealed aluminum wire through plain weave and epoxy powder coating.
Epoxy coated wire mesh and welded wire mesh are important materials in construction projects, they can provide high load bearing capacity and strength for concrete or earth and various foundation structures. Epoxy coated wire mesh has excellent corrosion and rust resistance compared to mild steel wires that are prone to corrosion and rust. How to install welded gabion box:
After checking you have all the components, open out the mesh panels.
Lift the side panels into vertical position and join by feeding the correct length of helical formed spiral into the corner, using a rotating action, until the helical is fully engaged.
When the helical is fully engaged, the formed end should lock in place.
All panel joints (vertical joints) are formed by assembling to the adjacent panel. Each joint is retained with one helical.
Repeat the filling and stiffener wire installation until the gabion is full and then close the lid by joining with the correct helical while ensuring the top mesh bears down on the rock fill.
