1.Character:
High frequency heating: high frequency power acts only on the moisture of the wood, it penetrates the wood and where there is water or moisture, there is high frequency power.

Vacuum condition:

2 sagas high frequency dryer is plc automatically controlled , high frequency and vacuum pump is start and puse automatically during drying, water come out of the wood is automatically released by water control system to a water holding tank. Weight calculating system get the data of weight change of the wood, by this, the moisture content with-in the wood is readable. Hfvd120-sa features an automatic feeder with a quick, automated drying cycle. It has a 50kw high frequency generator, 6 t hydraulic pressure and 13 m3 capacity. It is an ideal dryer for thick hard wood typically used in the furniture and flooring industry.
All models include high-tech programmable logic controllers. The plc comes with common hardwood presets ready for use. The plc automates the drying process by starting the hydraulic pump, hf generator, vacuum pump and water system.
The water control system pulls the moisture to an external water tank which can then be drained. The weight system calculates change data to read the moisture content of the wood.
