Silver Mirror is producing by coating a silver film and a copper film, and two layers of waterproof paint on the back surface of float glass, to bring a real reflection without distortion. It provide superior resistance to moisture and acid.
Nobler safety mirror is manufactured by covering and pasting with CATI(Vinyl film-smooth film) or CAT(Woven film). If the mirror is broken, the fragments would stick to the film(Vinyl film or Woven film), then have good safety and harmless to human.
Nobler Copper Free mirror(also called copper and lead free mirror, or eco-friendly mirror), are made with a copper-free solution as well as lead-free solution, it is new generation of mirror. Mirror grade glass is thoroughly cleaned by the scouring scrub with brush unit and detergent. Then the glass surface is sensitized with a diluted solution of tin chloride. This surface treatment bring the deposition of copper free. Copper free nitrate is sprayed on the sensitized glass surface, together with other chemical configurations, then forming a final uniform copper-free layer to avoid silver oxidation. And the protective backside coating could protect the mental layer from scratches and corrosion.
Nobler Aluminum Mirror is produced by the most advanced horizontal production line. The aluminum atoms splash and deposit on the float glass surface in vacuum chamber, and operates on full automatic flow line. Both single coating and double coating are available.

Our silver mirrors are made from high quality float glass. After the glass is cleaned and rinsed, the surface of the glass is sensitized with a diluted solution of tin chloride. This surface treatment allows for the deposition of silver. Silver nitrate is sprayed onto the sensitized surface of the glass along with other chemical configurations. The final outcome is the formation of a uniform silver layer on the glass.
Once the silver layer is formed on the glass, a layer of copper is then deposited directly onto the silver. Our recent technological advances have lead to the development of copper free protective films, which also prevent silver oxidation nce the metal layers are attached to the glass, they are covered by a protective mirror backing paint. The mirror backing paint protects the metal layers from corrosion and from mechanical scratching.
Our silver mirror uses Italian Fenzi paint with the features of exact image, high reflectivity and long time waterproof.
