Basic parameters of this kind of rig are in accordance with SY/T5609-1999 Type & Basic Parameters of Oil Drilling Rigs:
* DC driven rig adopts international advanced AC-SCR-DC power system, realizing the stepless speed regulation for drawworks, rotary table and mud pump to obtain better drilling performance.
* AC variable frequency rig uses VFD and digital control technology, simplifying drawworks construction and enhancing drilling performance.
* Main components are manufactured in conformity with API Spec and applied API monogram on them.
This kind of rig is available in three models.
1000HP, 1500HP, 2000HP.
The drilling rig is driven by diesel engines, hydraulic coupling & chain compound box or diesel engines, reducers & narrow V-belt, which provides smooth mechanical power to the drawworks. A number of hoisting speeds and rotary speeds are available.
Main mechanical parts are in conformity with API Spec and applied API monogram on them.
This kind of rig is available in four models 1000HP, 1500HP,1500HP, 2000HP.
Power: three-(or four)-diesel-engine (2000 or 3000 series) linkages, which are connected with couplers and reducer casings.
* The drawworks and the mud pump are mechanically driven. The rotary table is independently driven by an AC/DC variable frequency motor.
* Easy installation and better sealing as a result of taking an integral chain box or V-belt compound transmission unit.
* The drawworks is equipped with the grooved drum and shifting a gear for it is carried out by air cylinders. The hydraulic disc brake is regarded as main brake and the eddy current brake as auxiliary brake.
* The rotary table is driven independently by AC variable frequency motor and can accomplish stepless speed regulation with 0~210r/min. AC is supplied by an auxiliary generator set.
* Main mechanical parts are manufactured in conformity with API Spec and applied API monogram on them.

F Series Mud Pumps:
The power end: The housing is of welded steel-plate construction. It is stress-relieved after welding. The pinion shaft and the gear are herringbone gears with recess, which allow smooth operation with high efficiency and long life. The crankshaft is a one-piece steel casting. The power end is splash and pressure lubricated.
The fluid end: The valve seat, the liner, the suction and the discharge flanges conform to API specifications

Mud pump parts with API 7K-0206 are interchangeable with OEM.
