The fabric is up of basalt fiber by woven unidirectional, plain weaving or twill weaving style, including fire proofing, corrosion resisting, heat proofing, few wet-up, little prolongation and unique performance used in electrical, mechanics, chemicals and optics; Its insulation is higher 1 class than E-glass; its elastic is 93.1Gpa, strength than s-glass; New zoology mat stretching strength could be achieved 4840 Mpa. The basalt fiber fabric is coated with polyester, epoxy, phenolic and nylon resin. It is improved basalt fiber fabric reinforcement function with adding coupling agent to the resin. Our products are widely use in producing engine parts, radar antenna, structure parts, and vehicles etc..
