1. Application

Ultraviolet aging test chamber uses ultraviolet lamp as light source. By simulating the ultraviolet radiation and condensation in natural sunlight, accelerated weatherability test of materials is carried out to obtain the results of weatherability of materials. It can simulate the environmental conditions such as ultraviolet, rain, high temperature, high humidity, condensation and darkness in natural climate. Stainless Steel Thermal Shock Test Chamber

1. Principles and methods
 
It uses the low temperature and high temperature storage hot trough, according to the movement need, uses the cylinder valve to switch the cold and hot air, thus achieves the fast temperature impact effect, balances the temperature control system (BTC) + the special design supply air circulation system, controls the SSR by the P.I.D. method, causes the heating amount of the system to be equal to the heat loss, therefore makes it long-term stable use.
 
2. Main Parameters
 
1. Performance: wind cooling type at room temperature ±25, no load.

(2) Temperature setting range of high temperature cell: + 60 ~ + 200
 
The temperature rise time of the high temperature tank is about 35 minutes from RT (room temperature) to + 200 degrees (room temperature + 10 ~ + 30).

I. Application

1.1 Dust-proof test box is designed and manufactured according to GB4208-93 (equivalent to IEC60529-2001) "Shell Protection Grade (IP Code)" and is suitable for sand and dust test of electrical products with the first characteristic digits of 5 and 6 (IPX5 and IPX6).

1.2 The test chamber can provide non-laminar vertical circulating airflow of dust, which can be controlled regularly. It is equipped with a vacuum pump to pump air into the outer shell of the tested product, and it can adjust the pumping volume and pressure difference.In addition,the air temperature control device is installed in the chamber to ensure that the test is carried out under the standard environmental conditions.

1.3 According to the standard requirements, this test chamber adopts the artificial analogy dust environment to test the dust-proof ability of the tested products, and its specific requirements and eligibility criteria should be in accordance with GB4208-93 (IEC60529-2001) or product-related standards.
