Glyphosate is non-selective systemic herbicide, absorbed by the foliage, with rapid translocation throughout the plant. Inactivated on contact with soil. Used to control of annual and perennial grasses and broad-leaved weeds, pre-harvest, post-planting / pre-emergence and in stubble, in cereals, peas, beans, oilseed rape, flax and mustard at c 1.5-2 kg/ha; as a directed spray in vines and olives at c. 4.3 kg/ha; in orchards, pasture, forestry and industrial weed control at c. 4.3 kg/ha. As an aquatic herbicide at c. 2kg/ha.

Application:
Tribenuron-methyl is a good herbicide which is specialized to control broad-leaved weeds in wheat. It can be rapidly absorbed by foliage and roots and translocated throughout the plant. Susceptible plants cease growth almost immediately after post-emergence treatment and are killed in 7-21days. Surfactants increase the activity of tribenuron-methyl on certain broad-leaved weeds.

6.Mode of action:selective systemic herbicide. Salts are readily absorbed by the roots, whilst esters are readily absorbed by the foliage. Translocation occurs, with accumulation principally at the meristematic regions of shoots and roots. Acts as a growth inhibitor.

Direction of Use : Plant Protection Equipment : Knapsack sprayer fitted with a flat fan or flood jet nozzle is to be used while applying the weedicide Gator rocking sprayer & Knapsack weedicide sprayer can also be used. Prepararation of Spray Solution : Add slowly the required quantity of weedicides to water & stir well, with a stick or rod. While preparing large quantity of spray solution & weedicide to a bucket of half filled with water. Stir & then empty the pre-solution into the bulk of water.
