High pressure plug valve produced by our company is designed for a wide range of standard and sour gas drilling production and well servicing appliancation with maximum pressure up to 15000psi. This kind valve features a compact structure, low torque,quick open/and close an easy operation. They are mostly applied on various oilfield manifold.
-Main parts include body, bonnet,plug,segments and hand wheel.
-Cylinder-shaped metal to metal sealing surface between plug and segments ensure reliable working performance.
-Regular end connection is fig 1502M* F nions which can be customized per request.
-Valve shall succesfully complete hydro test prior to delivery.
features:
1) Plug valves, forged of quality high strength alloy steel, are low torque valves based on the technologies introduced from SPM.
2) 1",2"and 3" plug valves with rated working pressure of 6000,10000,15000 psi(42,70,105MPa) are available.
3) They can work in normal temperature, low temperature or H2S environments.
Design features:
1.End connection of plug valve with sizes in English system maybe union or male/female thread (LP,TBG)and they can be freely connected with products in international market
2.Maintenance and repair of valve body can be done without removal ,and no special tools are needed for removal
3.The plugs have very good sealing performance
Visible :there is a visible positioner where we can see fi valve is open or closed .Brake spring will limit the position of valve
