The production of gyratory crusher has a history of over 100 years. Compared with jaw crusher, its product size is uniform, wearing of crushing wall is small, operating rate is high and production capacity can reach up to 3-4 times. Since the direct turning mode is adopted for feeding, such production facilities as storage bin for raw ore and ore feeder can be omitted during coarse crushing of crushing production technology. It is the preferred typical equipment for large and medium sized mines and other industries for coarse crushing of various hard materials.
Generally, the hydraulic gyratory crusher is produced to install the hydraulic device on lower part of its base to support the crushing cones. The safe insurance of crusher and adjustment of ore discharging mouth are realized by utilizing the hydraulic energy storage system. The primary impact crushers make the less abrasive materials of medium hardness smaller with a high ratio. The materials from the quarry are processed with the primary impact crushers firstly. They have the ability to crush the materials up to 1 meter x 1 meter size to a size of 25 mm. There are 2 pieces of manganese coated adjustable crushing chamber. All surfaces that come into contact with broken stone covered with manganese undercoats. Crushing process is done with the 4 palettes of high-alloy manganese in a rotor weighing 8500 kg and rotating with 450 revolutions per minute.

gypsum and limestone. Due to the different principle of crushing these materials, the reduction ratio is higher than in jaw crushers.

impact crusher liners are designed to be interchangeable, meaning less inventory space is needed and reduced inventory cost for our customers.
The blow bars are also designed to be reversible for the same reasons.
