REDUCED OVERALL OPERATIONAL COSTS

The liners of the crusher do not wear out at the same pace, so some of the liners may need to be replaced earlier than others. Primary
impact crusher liners are designed to be interchangeable, meaning less inventory space is needed and reduced inventory cost for our customers.
The blow bars are also designed to be reversible for the same reasons.

Primary Impact Crusher is a first stage crusher with high production capacity and large input size ability. Being mostly used for soft and middle hard stone types, this crusher type can give final ready fraction product alone. Working principle of the crusher with upper and lower adjusted pendulums, allows the user to regulate output product size by opening or closing the distance between pendulums and rotor hammers.
