Cold-drawn tee is a section of main pipe plus a small branch pipe. Obviously, two large sizes are main pipe, and the small size is branch pipe. In pure oxygen pipeline, there is usually pressure, at this time oxygen activity is greater. If cold-drawn tee is used, as long as the impurities in the tube move with oxygen flow, the change of flow velocity may cause impurities and pipes. The ignition of pure oxygen tubes may be caused by collision with the source of ignition or by electrostatic discharge due to the change of flow rate.
The processing method of cold-drawn tee pipe fittings is to mark the cold-drawn tee where the pipeline is to be processed and break through the mark.
Special equipment for cold-drawn tee pipe fittings: install ejection device on the pipe, which includes metal, jack, commutator, bracket, etc. When the metal rod is heated and the jack and metal rod are ejected outwards, the cold-drawn tee blank formed by the natural outward extrusion of the pipe wall material; and then weld a certain length of the corresponding specifications on the cold-drawn tee blank formed by the ejection, and give birth to the cold-drawn tee blank. Output of final products.
