PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Introduction
Synthetic filament paint brushes are made with chemically-tipped polyester filaments that provide excellent leveling and smoothing properties for all paints. The filaments are thin and flexible to eliminate brush marks.



Advantages
Unlike natural brushes, synthetic filament brushes do not absorb water and swell, which makes them ideal for use with water-based paints, including emulsions and water-based glosses.
All paint brushes, including synthetics, are made from the same basic components. A carefully arranged bundle of bristles forms the brush head, and these bristles are held tightly together by an epoxy adhesive inside a metal collar. A spacer plug is placed at the handle end of the bristles, which provides a space to store the paint that can then flow to the tip of the brush. The handle is made of wood or plastic and is finally added and securely fastened to the collar.
The quality synthetic filament paint brushes offered by Qianmiao usually have thicker, tapered bristles near the collar to provide the user with more control. Another sign of quality is the amount of resin in the ferrule. If you can squeeze your nail between the bristles and the ferrule, then so will the pain, resulting in distortion of the shape and loss of bristles.

Qianmiao's synthetic filament paint brush is made of 100% solid polyester filament. To ensure the highest possible quality, the filament used is chemically tilted and marked rather than mechanically. This is done to avoid damaging and dulling the tip.
